This gentle approach to yoga is ideal for helping to experience the benefits of increased flexibility, improved circulation and energy. Bring your own yoga mat. JCC fitness members: no charge. Sr. Ambassadors: monthly fees due the first week of the month - $12/month for 1 class weekly and $24/month for 2 classes weekly.
