JCC Membership is required to use the pool and register for classes.

| Sundays | 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. |
LAP SWIM: Lap Swimming is considered to be continuous swimming lengthwise, and is available throughout the day only in designated lanes. If the number of Lap Swimmers exceeds 2 per lane, circle swimming is required. Children may lap swim providing they are adhering to these guidelines and, if necessary, accompanied by a responsible adult. Please note: there is limited lane space available during the swim team workout 4-7 M-Th, 3-5 F
THE 500 MILE CLUB: The 500 mile club is an ongoing program for those who can swim up to the challenge! Place your name on the 500-Mile Club grid sheet after each workout and watch the miles accumulate. Ask the Aquatic director(s) how to get started. Awards will be given to swimmers who go the distance!
MASTERS SWIMMING: “WRITTEN WORKOUT MASTERS”: Need a challenge in your lap swimming, then try a written workout geared for Master Swimmers from your aquatic directors, pick up one daily on deck. Workouts are sorted by ability levels, stroke, and distance. This is offered to JCC members for FREE.
LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS, 18+: Join the fun of exercising in the water! The natural buoyancy of the water helps to hold up to 90% of your body weight making exercise less stressful on your muscles and joints while providing a terrific workout. Increase your strength, flexibility and aerobic conditioning through water exercises without putting stress on your joints and muscles. This low impact class geared for people with arthritis or osteoporosis. This is offered to JCC members for FREE
