New! Teen Fit Zone
Join us for this lifestyle-changing summer fitness camp for teens age 12-16. We’ll practice strength training, healthy nutrition, positive self-esteem and confidence, flexibility (Pilates and yoga), cardiovascular exercising (spin and metcon), and better sleep patterns. Cost includes Teen Fit shirt and Teen Certification (for the JCC Fitness Center).
Co-ed: Mondays, Wednesday & Fridays, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
$199 for up to 11 sessions through August 29
Girls Only: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
$159 for up to 9 sessions through August 29


Edge
This unconventional class will challenge your mental and physical capabilities, taking you to the “EDGE” of your physical limits. Personal trainer Andrea Modlin leads participants through Pilates-based exercises that incorporate core, balance and resistance training to build functional movements and full body wellness. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a weekend warrior, this class will help you to overcome plateaus and re-energize your workout routine.
Mondays and Wednesdays 10-11 a.m.
$159 for up to eight-sessions per month


Masters Swim
You don’t have to be a “Master” to join Master Swimming! This program is open to all adult swimmers (fitness, recreational, triathlete, competitive, non-competitive) who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming. One of the greatest benefits of Masters swimming is to be able to practice with an organized group.Coach Pam Nichol will challenge you with structured workouts, and help improve your technique along the way.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-8 a.m.
$109 for up to four-sessions per month


M.A.A.T: Moms Are Athletes, Too, Fitness Series
bootcamps-MAATThis class, led by Master Personal Trainer Shane Johnston, is designed to get hard-working moms into the best shape of their lives. Classes include a dynamic warm-up and functional movements as participants utilize medicine balls, tires, sleds and their own body-weight to build strength, tone muscles and increase cardiovascular fitness. Both new and experienced moms will benefit from these total-body workouts.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-9 a.m.
$159 for up to eight-sessions per month


M.A.A.T: Moms Are Athletes, Too, Pilates Series
Pilates instructor Yvette Casal leads this class that features the exciting Pilates reformer. This versatile and challenging tool employs an innovative resistance system to create a variable, unbalanced load that develops core strength, flexibility, rotary stability, aerobic capacity, overall strength and more. Yvette incorporates strength and cardio exercises set to beat-driven music.
Mondays and Thursdays 4-5 p.m.
$159 for up to eight-sessions per month


Shane’s Ultimate Bootcamp
Join master trainer Shane Johnston’s high-powered, high- intensity interval training program. Build lean muscle to increase metabolism and continue to burn calories while at rest to help create a stronger, healthier you.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 a.m.
$159 for up to eight-sessions per month


Altitude Training
The sky is the limit when you take your training to the next level with this hardcore class! Master trainer Shane Johnston’s intense cross fit style workouts combine cardio, full body strength training and core/functional work to build stamina, strength, and endurance. Perfect for beginners and those looking for a great workout.
Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7 a.m.
$159 for up to eight-sessions per month
