1. Fit Camp for Moms
Drop the kids at camp and come have some fun of your own! In this class you will experience a variety of styles of workout each week with different instructors. Formats include metabolic fat burning cardio, outside fitness drills/obstacle course, kickbootie yoga strength, nutrient seminar and resistance training.

2. TRIATHLON TRAINING AT THE J
MERAGE JCC TRIATHLON TRAINING BOOTCAMP FOR AGES 18+

We want you to “Take a Hike” but in a good way, a very good way! Please come join us in our new hiking club. We will explore the many beautiful hiking trails available to us in the Irvine, Newport Coast and Laguna area.

4. JCC Trail Running Bootcamp With Coach Pam
Trail running can make running fun again. Trail running takes you away from those boring runs on sidewalks or endless treadmills. We’ll explore a variety of locations with excellent trail-running terrain in the Irvine, Newport and Tustin area.
Join us for some fun and structured run workouts with the JCC Trail Running team and train for the Renagade Racing 5-mile trail running series in beautiful Peters Canyon Wilderness Or just join us for the great training. JCC Running coach Pam Nichol will guide you at every trail run and will teach you how important strength training and core balance are to your success with trail running.With our skill and drill structured workouts you will also see a big improvement in your stamina and speed.

5. JCC Adult Masters Swim Class
• Perfect for all swim levels: novice, triathletes and competitive swimmers
• Multi-Level workouts designed to improve technique, pace, fitness, endurance and efficiency in the water
• Swim yardage 800-2500 yards during the hour.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7 -8 a.m. at the pool
Swimmer brings bathing suit,goggles, zoomers and something to drink during training.
