Sports X Training at the J
Do you want to Jump Higher? Run Faster? Become more agile? Whether you are a student athlete, weekend warrior or someone who is striving for elite fitness, the Sports X Training at the J will help you meet or surpass any fitness goal you are trying to achieve. Our experienced and highly skilled trainers will customize your workout to increase your agility, speed, strength, core synergy and more. This program is designed for ages 10 to adults.
Personalized Boxing/ Kickboxing Training:
Bursts of intense activity such as kicking and punching, alternate with intervals of lighter activity including core and corrective posture exercises, and simple calisthenics. Try this high cardio workout and watch the weight drop off! This workout is designed for all fitness levels.
Pilates Reformer Training
Re-educate your body, correct your posture, improve your form and movement – lessons that will last you a lifetime. Private Pilates sessions are customized using a combination of mat work and apparatuses including the Pilates Reformer, Stability Chair, & Cadillac/Trapeze Table to meet your individual needs and capabilities.
