Presented by NASA Astronaut, Garrett Reisman

NASA Astronaut Garrett Reisman will speak about human spaceflight - recent, past and future. Hear about his exciting missions and those of other Jewish American astronauts including Judith Resnik, Dave Wolf, and Greg Chamitoff. Discover his deep ties to the Jewish community and the State of Israel.

Dr. Garrett Reisman was the first Jewish crew member on the International Space Station. He sent a greeting from space to the people of Israel during the celebration of Israel's 60th Independence Day in May 2008. During his multiple missions, he performed 3 spacewalks, acted as a flight engineer, and operated the space station robot arm. Currently, Dr. Reisman is the Director of Space Operations at SpaceX.
