Summer Camp for Your Preschooler
Make this summer magical for your child at Camp Yeladim. The J is THE place to play. At the fabulous facilities of the JCC, your preschooler can enjoy the summer camp experience in the security of our nurturing Early Childhood Center. Our credentialed and highly trained Early Childhood Educators will guide your child through a summer of making new friends, learning, creativity, imagination and of course, lots of fun!

A Plethora of Possibilities for Campers!
- Storytime with props and expression
- Splish, splash water play with sensory tables, sprinklers, and our full-size water slide!
- Messy hands-on art activities and crafts
- Movin’ and groovin’ with music and movement
- Science including cooking, baking and other “magical science”
- Shabbat through the senses
- Weekly guests and visitors – including magicians, exotic animals, music concerts, and marionnettes

Yeladim Groups
Camp Yeladim has a group for all preschool age children. Each age unit is designed to stimulate and challenge your child and maximize their day camp experience.
Shemesh “Sun” (2 year olds)
Our sunny two year olds get their first summer camp experience in the safety of gentle and supportive teachers. Your child is surrounded by loving and nurturing counselors who enrich your child with a wide variety of fun and educational experiences while meeting new friends and exploring new environments.
Keshet “Rainbow” (3 year olds)
Rainbow campers are ready to experience new friends and activities as they expand their awareness of the world around them. This age group will venture through the J jumping and running in the gym, playing in the pool, and learning water safety in group swim lessons.
Kochavim “Stars” (4 year olds)
Our oldest group of shining stars looks forward to movement throughout the morning. Trips to the pool for swimming, to the gym for sports, and to our art and music rooms keep our four year campers on the move! This camp is the perfect introduction over the summer to prepare your child to enter Pre-K and TK.

- Mini Camp: June 18-22
- Session 1: June 25-July 13 (no camp 7/4)
- Session 2: July 16 - Aug. 3
- Session 3: Aug. 6 - 24
Other Important Dates:
- June 20, 5-6:30 p.m.: Camp Pool Party
- Aug. 27-31: ECLC and ITC closed for Professional Development
- Aug. 30: Welcome Back Night for all 2012-2013 ECLC, ITC and TK Students and Families
- Sept. 4: First Day of 2012-2013 School Year
