Nancy & Irving Chase Family Holocaust Memorial Garden
"He who saves a single life, it is as if he saved the world entire."
–Talmud: Sanhedrin 37a
The new Holocaust Memorial Garden and Education Center is located in the heart of Main Street at our beautiful Merage JCC. It is a solemn reminder of the atrocities committed by the Nazis yet stands in the middle of vibrant Jewish living. It is a testament to Jewish faith, fortitude, and hope.
The garden itself is dedicated by Nancy and Irving Chase in the loving memory of Sol and Fay Chase (Chatinsky), Holocaust survivors. The commemorative monument was donated by Henry and Susan Samueli in honor of Sala and Aron Samueli, Polish survivors of the Holocaust.
We honor the sacred memory of the six million Jews who were brutally murdered in the Holocaust.
