Homemade Ravioli and More with Chef Liron Regev

Thursday, August 21, 5:30 - 8 P.M.

Create a restaurant-worthy meal at home featuring homemade butternut squash ravioli served with sautéed seasonal greens and candied nuts. 
Complete your dining experience with a classic crème brûlée for dessert. Bring a bottle of wine and make it a date night.

Register by 8/19

Paying adults must accompany ages 16 & under.
You will work with other students in groups of 2-3.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.

Roll up your sleeves with Chef Liron and get ready to chop, mix, and cook your way through each recipe. Always go home with a treat. Classes are open to all skill levels.

A minimum of 4 participants is needed to run this class.

Cancellation Policy: 
 
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the class will be credited to your account for use towards a cooking class in the next 90 days.
 
Kashrut Policy: 
 
The Jewish dietary laws of kashrut are observed in our teaching kitchen where there is a strict separation of meat and dairy foods. It is a kosher kitchen without official Rabbinical supervision or a “mashgiach,” which maintains separate supplies and equipment, and only certified kosher ingredients are used.
 
 Allergens:
 
Food items used in the Teaching Kitchen may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, and fish.
