Cook With Us:
Celebrating Jewish Cookbook Authors with Chef Eli

Thursday, September 11, 5:30 - 8 P.M.

Step into the kitchen for a flavorful evening celebrating the voices redefining Jewish cuisine today. In this hands-on class, Chef Eli draws inspiration from the pages of acclaimed Jewish cookbooks—bringing to life the distinct culinary styles of Adeena Sussman, Yotam Ottolenghi, and Michael Solomonov.

Each dish is a tribute to the creativity, cultural depth, and vibrant flavors found in the works of these renowned authors. From modern Israeli fare to soulful takes on Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions, you'll learn techniques and stories behind the recipes that have helped shape today's Jewish food landscape.

Whether you're a cookbook enthusiast, an adventurous home cook, or simply looking to connect through food, this is a delicious opportunity to explore the evolving world of Jewish cuisine.
