Cook With Us:
New American Cuisine with Chef Eli Meyer

Thursday, October 23, 5:30 - 8 P.M.

Food is a living art—constantly shifting, reinventing itself through new flavors, modern techniques, and fresh perspectives. Rooted in tradition but never bound by it, New American cuisine is a celebration of the present moment: innovative, expressive, and deeply delicious.

Join Chef Eli Meyer for an immersive culinary experience that explores the evolving landscape of North American cooking. You'll learn how to pair refined techniques with unexpected flavor combinations, crafting elegant, contemporary dishes that are both grounded and forward-thinking.

Alaskan Black Cod in Mornay
Blackened Alliums with a Caper Vinaigrette
Blackberry Panna Cota
