Cook With Us:
Southern Classics with Chef Eli Meyer

Thursday, December 4, 5:30 - 8 P.M.

Yeehaw! Winter's here—and there's no way better way to beat the chill than with a plate of crispy, golden fried chicken. Join Chef Eli Meyer as he takes you on a flavorful journey to the swampy lowlands and smoky kitchens of the American South, where comfort food reigns and every bite tells a story.

In this hands-on class, you'll explore the soulful roots of Southern cooking—where bold spices, rich textures, and time-honored techniques come together to create food that's as satisfying as it is nostalgic. From crispy crusts to slow-cooked greens, we'll bring the heat, the heart, and the history to your plate.

Southern Fried Chicken
Quick Pickle Slaw
Spicy Aioli
Stewed Peaches
