Step into the heart of winter's kitchen, where every dish reflects the season's warmth and comfort. Rooted in age-old traditions of gathering around hearty meals, winter cooking has long been about turning simple, seasonal ingredients into nourishment that brings people together. From flickering hearths to modern tables, these flavors carry with them the coziness and connection that make winter meals so memorable.

Menu:

Salmon fillet with Roasted Beets, Chevre, and Seasonal Greens
Brussels in Sage Browned Butter
Celeriac Soup
Chocolate Souffle

Register by 1/13

Paying adults must accompany ages 16 & under.
You will work with other students in groups of 2-3.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will be standing, cooking, and creating for most of the class.

A minimum of 4 students is needed to run this class.

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the class will be credited to your account for use towards a cooking class in the next 90 days.

Roll up your sleeves with Chef Eli and get ready to chop, mix, and cook your way through each recipe.

Kashrut Policy

The Jewish dietary laws of kashrut are observed in out teaching kitchen where there is a strict separation of meat and dairy foods. It is a Kosher kitchen, without official Rabbinical supervision or "mashgiach." that maintains separate supplies and equipment, and only certified ingredients are used.

Allergens

Food items used in the teaching kitchen may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, peanut, tree nuts, soy, milk, and fish.

Class Sizes

This kitchen is a place where people come together to cook, eat, laugh, learn, and to build community. Classes are limited in size to allow for safety precautions and hands-on instruction. All skill levels welcome.
