JCC Excellence: Benchmarking Highlights

During the past year, the Merage JCC participated in a JCCA benchmarking study measuring excellence amongst JCCs across the nation. The study focused on financial results, member satisfaction, and governance. Comparing results to previous years’ surveys and peers, the Merage JCC shined!

More than 86% of Merage JCC member respondents agreed that our JCC makes an impact in the overall community.

75%

Merage JCC maintained a whopping 75% retention rate (pre-COVID). 

44%

Respondents reported having a greater connection, perspective and appreciation for Jewish values and traditions – 12% higher than national averages.  

30+

Our respondents rated Merage JCC over 30 on the Net Promoter Score (NPS), one of the top scores amongst our JCC peers. The NPS measures how likely your customers are to recommend you to a friend. Over 30 is considered “great”. 
 
 

Outstanding

Our members rated Merage JCC programs outstanding, bar none. Data below highlights the percentage of respondents that rated the JCC’s programs “truly outstanding”.

Highest

Members’ perceptions of conversations they have with the staff on each visit directly correlates with positive outcomes on the Net Promoter Score, intentions to donate to the JCC, and intentions to renew membership. Merage JCC scored the highest of the JCCs in the study with 43% reporting an chatting with staff in at least half of their visits to the Merage JCC.
