Named one of the top 10 comedians in New York City by The Hollywood Reporter, Modi is known for his razor-sharp comedic timing, quick wit, and an uncanny ability to connect with audiences from all walks of life. His upcoming performance promises to be one of the most unforgettable nights of the year at the JCC.

With a career that spans years of stand-up success, Modi has been featured on HBO, CBS, NBC, ABC, Comedy Central, and E! Entertainment, earning accolades from The New York Times, Time Out NY, and The New York Post. His humor, lauded for being both smart and relatable, has struck a chord with audiences across the globe. His clever incorporation of his Israeli roots adds a special dimension to his comedy, resonating particularly with Jewish audiences while also appealing to a wide and diverse fan base.

Modi’s journey from Tel Aviv to New York is as impressive as his comedic career. After emigrating to the U.S. at age seven and growing up in Long Island, he earned a degree from Boston University and initially worked as an investment banker. But it was during an open mic night that he discovered his true passion—stand-up comedy—and the rest is history.
