Duff Goldman: Storytelling and Strudel
Sunday, November 8, 4 P.M.
Join us for an evening with Food Network star Duff Goldman as he guides our community through making his great grandmother’s apple strudel; blending baking, storytelling, and his family’s journey to America. Enjoy a live Q&A, sample the strudel, and take home a recipe to treasure. Come for the pastry, stay for the stories.
Duff Goldman is a classically trained chef, best-selling author, and artist known for his creative, joy-filled approach to baking. He rose to fame on Food Network’s Ace of Cakes, where his shop Charm City Cakes reimagined what custom cake design could be. Today, he mentors the next generation of bakers on the Baking Championship franchise and recently opened his first restaurant, Duff’s Deli + Market, in Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
This program is funded by a grant from the Jewish Community Foundation Orange County’s Weissman Arts Fund.
