Fit Tip: Stretching

Performing a regular stretching routine of 5-10 minutes each day has been shown to not only improve flexibility and reduce stiffness, but it can also release endorphins and improve your body's circulation! These things combine to help to reduce the risk of injury, and keep us healthy and moving!

Caroline Teets is the in-house PT for the Merage JCC. She's been involved in the field of physical therapy since 2012 and has been working as a physical therapist since graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. She works full time for MTS
