The Unexpected Spy: From the CIA to the FBI, My Secret Life Taking Down Some of the World’s Most Notorious Terrorists
Monday, November 22, 10 A.M.
Tracy Walder, a Jewish American woman from Irvine, was recruited by the CIA while a student at University of Southern California. This riveting memoir describes her tenure in the CIA and, later, the FBI. As part of the CIA’s fight against terrorism, Walder debriefed terrorists and followed trails through North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. In the FBI’s counterintelligence unit, she helped take down one of the most notorious foreign spies ever caught on American soil.
