Jake Cohen has been a culinary force since exploding onto the scene in 2021. This two-time New York Times bestselling cookbook author and "Nice Jewish Boy from NYC" has built an impressive empire that includes baking and selling Jewish treats online, captivating 2.5 million Instagram and TikTok followers, hosting "Jake Makes it Easy" on A+E, and writing acclaimed cookbooks including Jew-ish and I Could Nosh.

After honing his skills in some of NYC's best restaurants and test kitchens, Jake has become a media darling, appearing on Rachael Ray, The Drew Barrymore Show, Live with Kelly and Mark, Good Morning America, and the Food Network, with features in the New York Times, Food & Wine, The Wall Street Journal, Bon Appetit, and Forbes (earning a spot on their 30 Under 30 list for Food and Beverage in 2022).

Jake's greatest joy remains entertaining friends—a star-studded circle including Katie Couric, Benny Blanco, Modi, Alex Edelman, Joan Nathan, and Debra Messing. His latest cookbook, Dinner Party Animal (Fall 2025), showcases this passion by teaching readers how to develop their own entertaining prowess, whether hosting major feasts, casual brunches, last-minute dinners, or tackling the ultimate challenges of Passover and Thanksgiving. When he's not throwing dinner parties, you can find Jake eating around the world and sharing it all at @jakecohen.
