JCCOC Athlete Performance Academy
Sundays & Wednesdays, April 6 – May 3, 9 A.M. – 6:30 P.M.
Youth Sports Performance Training is a sport-specific fitness class designed for middle and high school athletes who want to get stringer, faster, and more confident for the sports they are currently playing, and prepare for the next level of competition, whether that's high school or college.
This class focuses on athletic development, not just general fitness, Participants will train in a structured, age-appropriate environment that emphasizes proper technique, progression, and overall athleticism.
Training Focus Includes:
- Speed, agility, and quick-twitch muscle development
- Strength training using bodyweight, resistance, and controlled load
- Power, explosiveness, and coordination
- Core strength and movement efficiency
- Conditioning specific to game-like demands
- Injury-resistant movement patterns and mechanics
Athletes will learn how and why they train, helping them become smarter, more self-aware athletes as they grow. No matter the sport, this class helps athletes move better, perform stronger, and train smarter.
Sundays
9 – 10 a.m. | 14 - 16 years old
10 – 11 a.m. | 16 - 18 years old
Wednesdays
4:30 – 5:30 p.m. | 14 - 16 years old
5:30 6:30 p.m. | 16 - 18 years old
