In the spirit of the High Holidays, Chef Nicole presents a fusion of French technique and hometown spice, honoring symbols of blessing, success, and sweetness for the New Year. Staying true to tradition, we'll be working with fish, beets, pomegranate, carrots, and leeks; each given a modern twist to delight the palates of your family and friends. 

Come meet Chef Nicole as she shares her culinary skills and her passion for food during this special season.

Syrian Pilaf
Beet Terrine with Goat Cheese
Fish En Papillote
Spice Carrot Cake

Register by 9/15

Paying adults must accompany ages 16 & under.
You will work with other students in groups of 2-3.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
You will be standing, cooking, and creating for most of the class.

A minimum of 4 students is needed to run this class.

Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the class will be credited to your account for use towards a cooking class in the next 90 days.

Kashrut Policy

The Jewish dietary laws of kashrut are observed in our teaching kitchen where there is a strict separation of meat and dairy foods. It is a kosher kitchen without official Rabbinical supervision or a "mashgiach," which maintains separate supplies and equipment, and only certified certified kosher ingredients are used.

Food items used in the teaching kitchen may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, and fish.
