Lauren Yehuda
Lauren began practicing yoga shortly after high school. Her background in gymnastics initially drew her to the physical benefits of yoga, but with consistent practice, she found deeper meaning in the connection to the breath. WHAT TO EXPECT: Lauren's classes follow a flow-style sequence, focusing on breath and safe alignment with modifications. She encourages students to keep a beginner's mind and appreciates that even the most experienced yogi's practice is always evolving. She hopes students leave class with a deeper awareness of their bodies and sense of peace and well-being. CERTIFICATIONS: She completed Yoga Shakti's 200 and 500-hour teacher training program, and went on to receive a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies from UCLA.
