Court Assignments & Scheduling

Open Play scheduling is managed by the Athletics Department and is subject to changes based on gymnasium usage. Please refer to the JCCOC Pickleball webpage and weekly gym calendar for updates.

Indoor Courts: 

• Gymnasium Courts 2-4:
  • Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Gymnasium Courts 3-4:
  • Saturday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Sunday, 10 a.m. - 12 p.m

Participation Guidelines

• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled Open Play session.
• Participants under the age 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) who remains onsite for the duration of the session.
• The indoor courts are located in the gymnasium on the lower level of the J.
  • Court 2: Beginner Skill Level
  • Court 3: Intermediate Skill Level
  • Court 4: Advanced Skill Level

Rotation & Rules

Indoor Courts 2-4 Rotation

0 players waiting: Current players may continue
1 player waiting: One player from the losing team rotates out
2 players waiting: both players from losing team rotates out
3 players waiting: Losing team AND one player from the winning team rotates out
4 players waiting: All players rotate out; winning team enters line first
5+ players waiting All players rotate out; 5th player enters the next game, winning team members second and third in line.

Court Use Policies

To maintain a respectful and safe playing environment, please observe the following:

• No food, coffee, or sports drinks are allowed on court—only bottled water is permitted.
• Only non-marking shoes are allowed
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Locker rooms and fitness areas are available to members and day-pass guests only.
• Children under 15 must be escorted to and from the courts by an adult. Curb drop-offs without supervision are not permitted.
