Our Pilates program has been refreshed and re-energized—welcoming, flexible, and focused on you. Led by certified, supportive instructors, it’s designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and enhance wellness in a community that encourages and uplifts.
In our Pilates small group classes, we keep you in mind. Groups can be as small as three (3) and as large as eight (8). Join the team as we curate your on-site weekly fitness journey. Drop in for a session at your convenience, book in advance with your favorite instructor; it's up to you!
