Chocolate Balls by Chef Liron
Ingredients:
7 Tbsp Unsalted butter
2/3 cup Semi-sweet chocolate
1/3 cup Milk
2 Tbsp Date paste
200 grams Tea cookies (1 package)
Toppings Sprinkles, cocoa powder, shredded coconut
Directions:
Melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave, Set aside.
Place the tea cookies in a gallon Ziplock bag. Crush the cookies in the bag.
Place the crushed cookies in a bowl and mix together with the butter, chocolate, milk and date paste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Scoop, roll in your hands and toss in your preferred toppings.
Keep refrigerated.
