Strawberry Fluff by Chef Liron
Ingredients:
2 each Egg whites
½ cup Sugar
1 ½ cups Strawberries, sliced
Directions:
Place plastic containers in the freezer.
Beat egg whites until foamy, gradually add the sugar.
Add the sliced strawberries (mash a bit before for less strawberry chunks).
Continue beating until mixture almost doubles in bulk.
Freeze overnight.
Large mixers can hold a double batch.
