Yoga is the union between mind, body, and breath. It is a whole body workout that improves strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance

Our experienced yoga instructors work one-on-one with individuals or in small groups to customize the yoga practice based on an individual's needs and goals. Sessions may include working on yoga postures and movement to build strength and flexibility, breathing techniques and meditation to calm the mind and relax the body, and strategies to increase overall self-awareness. 

Private Yoga is perfect for the newbie yogi seeking to learn the fundamentals of yoga practice in a relaxed setting or for the seasoned practitioner striving to deepen their practice.

Semi-Private (for 2 people) • 60 minutes

Single Session: $55 per person
5 Sessions: $265 per person
10 Sessions: $500 per person
20 Sessions: $925 per person

Upgrades

90 minutes +$20/session
Therapeutic +$15/session

 

Private session packages expire 90 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the session to avoid being charged in full. 

Group class packages expire 35 days from the date of purchase. Cancellations must be made online 24 hours prior to the start of the class to avoid being charged in full.
