Zach is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He studied business at the University of Kansas and received his bachelor’s in business administration from the Southern New Hampshire University.

Zach was a Maccabi athlete and member of the JCC for most of his life. Zach began his work with non-profit organizations through various YMCAs around the US, and most recently as the Executive Director of the Armed Services YMCA of Missouri. He is a certified personal trainer, certified lifeguard, and certified Livestrong cancer survivor instructor. Zach has an extensive background with program development, fundraising, and community engagement.

 

Zach has a passion for sports, especially his hometown St. Louis Cardinals. He loves to help others set and achieve their goals. He believes in the JCC's mission, and he is devoted to strengthening the community with quality programs to help families grow and thrive.

 

Zach and his wife Alexis currently reside in Aliso Viejo with their children. He loves spending time with his family and being outdoors. They are looking forward to establishing their roots within the JCC community.
