Heather leads our Development and Giving department, bringing extensive experience in marketing, membership development, and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduation, she was selected for E. & J. Gallo’s prestigious Brand Management Training Program and spent nearly seven years in Northern California in a variety of sales, marketing, and hospitality roles at the world’s largest family-owned winery.

Heather joined the JCC in 2010 as the Director of Membership and served in that role for nearly 15 years. During her tenure, she was responsible for driving membership growth, revenue generation, and strengthening community engagement—ultimately growing membership to over 3,000 units. She transitioned into her current fundraising role with a deep understanding of the organization and a strong commitment to its mission.

A proud Irvine native and graduate of Woodbridge High School, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, staying active, traveling, exploring the outdoors, hiking with her dog, and participating in community service.
