As Director of the Aronoff Preschool at the Merage Jewish Community Center, Carly brings a collaborative, community-centered leadership philosophy to every aspect of the school. She believes the strongest early childhood programs aren't driven by a single vision from the top; they're shaped by teachers who trust one another, families who feel genuinely included, and children surrounded by adults who truly know them.

Carly stepped into this role from within the JCC community, and that foundation is reflected in everything she does. Under her leadership, the Aronoff Preschool is a place where staff collaborate across classrooms, families are active partners in their child's experience, and every voice, educator, parent, child, has a place in the circle.
