Liz is a seasoned HR Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across various industries, including distribution, manufacturing, retail, and aerospace. She has successfully assisted C-Suite professionals, scaled startups to multi-million-dollar companies, and fostered organizational growth.

Liz excels in employee relations, business compliance, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. She unifies teams through authentic conversations and bridges communication gaps to optimize relationships.
In addition to her HR expertise, Liz has worked as a Paraprofessional and Student Coach, supporting students from first grade to high school. She is also a Certified Leadership & Development Coach, empowering professionals and leadership teams to overcome challenges, build stronger teams, and create a fulfilling work culture.

Liz has served as a board member for Executive Coaches of Orange County (ECOC); and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). She also has a background in radio and television broadcasting. Fluent in Spanish, she offers language services as needed.

Her passion lies in helping individuals and organizations thrive by fostering enriching relationships and achieving business goals. Outside of work, Liz enjoys quality time with family, friends; her son, Jonathan, her yorkie, Bryana, the beach, and traveling.
