Fitness & Athletics Operations Manager
Janeen has been a proud member of The JCC community for over 12 years and joined the staff in 2023 as a Fitness Staff Coordinator before stepping into her current role as Operations Manager. She oversees the indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, equipment, and staff, bringing people-focused and detail-oriented approach to her work.
Janeen holds a Sociology degree from USC and is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, with a professional background rooted in supporting and working with others. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom, reading/writing, spending time with family, friends and her pugs.
