Ileanna is our JDiscovery Program Assistant. She is dedicated to making a difference in the world, one small step at a time. A key way to create positive change is by influencing the youth, and this is the focus of her work, thanks to JDiscovery. With four years of experience working with kids and a degree in Human Communications, Ileanna strives to make both parents and children feel seen and welcomed at The J. Some of her best memories growing up are from years of daycare and camp, so she knows the importance of facilitating memorable moments for children in JDiscovery. This position allows her to express her creativity, keeping true to the STEM-themed room, while serving as a role model. Her unwavering goal is to inspire, motivate, and guide children to become the best versions of themselves.
