Session Flow & Learning Objectives

• Ear Seeding with Acupressure
  Participants will receive a gentle ear‑seeding treatment using tiny seeds or beads placed on specific auricular points. These points reflect the body on a microsystem, helping to encourage qi (energy) flow and promote comfort, relaxation, and energetic balance—without needles, making it a soothing, non‑invasive practice. 
• Meditation - Sound & Reiki Energy Healing
  Following ear seeding, you'll be guided into a calming sound bath paired with soft meditation. The continued stimulation of ear points, even during this period of gentle focus, helps deepen the release of tension and supports the body's natural healing rhythms. 
• Reiki Energy Healing
  With the ears already enlivened and receptive, Reiki energy is introduced to clear remaining blockages. The earlier auricular stimulation supports smoother energy channels, enhancing the integration of Reiki’s compassionate, healing flow.
