Bone Density Bootcamp
Thursdays, January 8 – February 26, 1- 1:50 p.m.
This class focuses on improving bone density by including weight bearing exercises. With the use of free weights, bands, and your own body weight this class is designed to help restore and maintain muscle mass, bone density, and range of motion.
